Do you have any restrictions on iPods, phones, etc...? Do you want them plugged in your room or do you allow them to be independent?

Yes, these things should be restricted when they are younger. As they get older, it is fine for them to have these things, but ensure there is a time limit. Playing in the real world is far more important and better for development.

Playing outside, ex: playgrounds, driveways, backyards make the child more physically fit and everyone needs exercise at least 30 minutes two times a week.

All these phones and iPhone work on radioactive waves. So it is better to keep them away from kids until they are old enough to uderstand.
The electronics make the kids get glued to one corner. There are kids who become obese when they remain sedentary for longer times.
