On Sunday the 11th, a 12-year-old boy in Liberty, New York was arrested after being suspected of breaking and entering.
Police said that on Saturday night an auction house was broken into. On Sunday morning, when owner of the arrived at the auction house he discovered that jewelry, electronics and other items had been stolen.
After launching an investigation, police found math homework with a the suspect’s name on it leading to his arrest. The boy is now being charged with burglary.
The Sullivan County Family Court will be overseeing the case. Perhaps next time the boy will focus on doing more on his school work.
