Kourtney Kardashian Loses Almost All of Her Baby Weight

Within months of having her baby girl, Penelope, Kourtney Kardashian has already shed 30 lbs. She also claims she is only 15 lbs away from her pre-baby body weight. With so much emphasis on celebrity mothers shedding their baby weight quickly, it’s no wonder Kourtney is on the same trail.

When it comes to celebrities having babies, there is much money to be made. First there are the stories on the pregnancy. After that, there are stories on the birth of the baby. Then, the stories go to pics of the celebumom shedding all the baby weight and posing in a bikini. Given the caliber of the Kardashian brand, it’s not a surprise that Kourtney would lose the weight so speedily.

She credits consistent work outs and a healthy diet. Some of her snacks include edamame. Additionally, she is set to film “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami”, so there may be that increased pressure to look good in shorts and swim wear.
