There has been an uproar caused because of Time Magazine’s new cover. It features a mother breastfeeding her child, but get this–the child is standing on a small chair getting milk from his mother.
The cover has undergone a lot of controversy. The cover’s initial intentions were to graphically depict a story told by Dr. William Sears which discusses obsessive attachment parenting.
Critics say that the cover is unnerving and somewhat disturbing because the child appears older than three. It is natural for women to breastfeed their young, but has Time Magazine gone too far? Apparently they may have with this new cover.
